What is your return policy for bridal wear?
Due to the delicate and custom nature of our garments, we offer a 7-day return window for a full refund on unworn, unaltered stock items with original tags. Custom-made gowns are final sale.
How do I ensure I am ordering the correct size?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. We highly recommend having a professional tailor take your measurements (bust, waist, and hips) before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
Do you offer international shipping?

Can I make alterations to a dress I purchased online?
While we do not provide in-house alterations for online orders, our gowns are designed with standard seam allowances to allow for easy adjustments by your local professional seamstress.
